2011–2009 PLUM Architects, San Francisco, CA
Project Architect: specializing in ADA retrofit design with DSA permitting and construction administration services for the San Francisco Unified School District and the Forestville Union School District. School Retrofits include:
Forestville Elementary School: design & detailing with bid and C.A. of multiple simultaneous contract and bid packages A, B, C, & D for re-roofing, and low voltage modernization, restroom ADA upgrades, and grading and paving site Improvements.
Martin Luther King Middle School, SFUSD, extensive re-roofing design and detailing for campus-wide ADA modernization including chairlifts, stair, and ramp railings, toilet rooms and Assembly hall modifications.
International Studies Academy, SFUSD, design and detailing for new outdoor canopy and 200 ft ramp system as well as extensive campus-wide ADA modifications with DSA permitting review process.

Project Manager: Direct client relations with Developers, Construction Managers and the Federal Government. Project management included design, production of original CADD construction documents and all phases of construction administration.
Miami-Dade Water and Sewer Department Headquarters Facility: This was a $31 million Design/Build project awarded through RFP pricing drawings for a 30,000 SF office complex with a 10 story parking garage. Fast-Track services were rendered with a multi-phased construction documents and complex multi-jurisdiction permitting. Project management carried through from pricing drawings to construction administration.
Renovation of the Charles E. Bennett Federal Building, Jacksonville, FL: Construction documents for a $24 million major renovation of an existing 10-story office building following guidelines for energy efficiency, code upgrading and the renovation of all public spaces. Project Management was performed through the Construction Documents phase with the coordination efforts of an 11 consultant design team.
Westside Corporate Plaza III: Construction Documents for a 5-story 150,000 SF speculative office building.
Air Jamaica Corporate Headquarters: Construction Documents, Permitting and Construction Administration. Project Management required coordination between Tenant and Landlord base building standards.

Weekly 6-hour garden volunteering in an organic community garden growing free food for Sonoma County residents struggling with HIV.
Wednesday Volunteer, Occidental Arts & Ecology Center, Occidental, CA
Weekly 6-hour garden volunteer shift in a 1.5 acre biodynamic CCOF organic farm garden.
Assistant Chef Mentor, Ceres Community Project, Sebastopol, CA
Weekly 5-hour shift in the Ceres Community kitchen assisting local teens to prepare free and nourishing meals to individuals and their families that are struggling with cancer.
2009 Non-Faculty Volunteer, Art Department, Sonoma State University, Rohnert Park, CA, Ceramic Department Studio Monitor (Weekly 9:00 am -1:00 pm shift).
Visiting Artist: Miami Bridge Carnival Mask Workshop, The Miami Bridge Youth and Family Services, Miami FL.
Volunteer visiting artist role was to create and lead a 4-part mask-making workshop with homeless teens using reclaimed/ recycled materials. The workshop culminated into a dance and music performance at the Miami Bridge Homeless Youth Shelter.
